This is an initiative of Iglesia Misionera Cristo Vive, a local church in San Juan, Texas. IMCV was founded in the early 1990’s by Rev. Hugo & Eunice Moya. The church is uniquely qualified to propel these ministry efforts forward as it has been an anchor to serving the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas for almost 30 years.
